System Failure Case Study
Hello
Here's who I am & what I did
Hi, I'm Candon Dahle, once introduced as a promising BYU baseball player, now remembered for a very different kind of record. In 2025, I pleaded guilty to two felony counts of injury to a child, avoiding a trial on the original charge of lewd conduct with a minor.
My sentence: 180 days in jail, eight years’ probation, community service, and the kind of national outrage that can’t be reduced to “time served.”

Thanks to the terms of my plea deal, I won’t be registering as a sex offender in Idaho, a loophole that sparked public anger, and plenty of headlines. My story isn’t about redemption; it’s about how the system bends to protect the privileged, even when children aren’t.

My Website
This site exists for one reason: to tell the truth. You won’t find gossip, doxxing, or fabricated attacks here.
What you will find are the facts, about Candon Dahle, his criminal case, and the justice system that allowed him to walk away with little more than probation and a headline.

The purpose is simple: to document what happened, cite the record, and shine a light on the ways the legal system continues to fail children. The names, dates, and outcomes speak for themselves.
